We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and make every effort to guarantee your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@jerseystriker.com, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
We have a 10-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will promptly assess the issue and make it right.
If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it under all conditions. To request a replacement, please take a photograph of the damage and send it to us via email. Once we receive the photo, we will determine the appropriate solution and either issue a replacement or take necessary actions to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including Custom Jerseys, special orders, or personalized items. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
Customized products, custom jerseys, special orders, or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. Additionally, orders with promotions or gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
Customized products are not eligible for exchange. For eligible items, please contact us at support@jerseystriker.com within 10 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Please be aware that we do not provide return shipping labels. All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers.
