What If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived?

If your order hasn’t been delivered within the estimated time, please contact us immediately. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and will take every step to resolve the issue by locating your shipment.

Failed Delivery

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details or if no one is available to receive it, and the customer declines to collect it, the item will be returned to us. In this case, we will provide store credit for the order value, less any associated costs like return shipping fees, duties, or taxes.

Delivered but Not Received?

Please be advised that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier. To prevent issues, we suggest shipping your order to a secure location.

Incorrect Address After Shipment
